Windshield Repair Using UV 365nm LED Light: 8W UV-365 is strong enough to cure windshield repair resin in 35-50 seconds. It can be mounted to suction cup through a bracket.
Depending on your application, the required wattage of 365nm UV light will be different. For curing resins (windshield resin, or loctite adhesives) in a small area, 365nm Slim Penlight SNLSMUV365(14 degree beam angle) will be enough. When the curing area is large, you may use the single model STAR25UV365AC (90 degree beam angle), or customized multiple SR25 modules to increase the light power. Penlights and 8W Rechargeable 8W 365nm are in stock. Lead time for SR25 single model is 1-3 week. Lead time for a unit over 10 modules is over 1 month.
